APC/PennDOT District 11-0 Project Managers Workshop

February 4, 2011
Robert Morris University, Moon Township, PA

APC and District 11-0 are again sponsoring a Project Managers Partnering Meeting with District 11-0 project personnel and contractor project employees.   The program goal is to develop working relationships at the project level.

Please note:  District 11-0 has committed approximately 50-60 project managers, as well as consultant inspectors, to attend this session.  Your project personnel and company will benefit greatly by participating.  There will be ample opportunity for networking and developing working relationships.  District 11-0 is covering the costs of facilitators, etc.  APC will cover costs of breaks and incidentals.

This year's meeting will return to the problem-solving format, focusing on ways that contractor and district personnel can work together to "get the job done".  The workshop will also produce a process for resolving differences and issues immediately at the project level and provide information for contractors on how to handle problems and with who when on-the-job problems arise.  Also, contractor personnel will learn what their responsibilities are to maintain a smoothly run project.
