| A multi-colored balloon arch welcomes attendees to the Blue Room in the Great American Hall. Weighted balloons lead to a second entrance in the White Room. Several large, mylar balloons guide attendees to the sponsoring booths where refreshment break treats are being served. Your sponsorship includes acknowledgment in APC email Updates, on the APC and Fall Seminar websites, in the seminar program booklet, in HIGHWAY BUILDER magazine, and on various PowerPoint presentations during the event. The Hershey Convention Center has four 52” plasma screen display monitors throughout its public areas. The reader boards continually scroll through the daily events of all organizations holding events at the property. Members have four opportunities to have their company logo posted as a sponsor of the Fall Seminar section of the reader boards: Wednesday PM, Nov. 17; Thursday AM , Nov. 18; and Friday AM, Nov.19. Each block may be purchased for $500.
