PennDOT Proposed 5 Year Warranty Spec for Concrete Pavements

PennDOT has released a revised version of a Standard Special Provision (SSP) for the implementation of a 60-month concrete pavement warranty specification. The SSP applies to new or reconstructed plain cement concrete pavement including shoulders and ramps constructed and accepted in accordance with Pub. 408 specifications.
