Automatic Assessment of Liquidated Damages by ECMS Postponed until October 26

PennDOT issued Strike Off Letter 422-09-13 on September 24, 2009, stating that Automatic assessment of liquidated damages will be deferred from Monday, September 28 to Monday, October 26, 2009 to permit time for completion of necessary enhancements to ECMS related to automatic liquidated damages.
