Publication 70M Design of Local Roads And Street
Please review the proposed 2009 Edition of Guidelines for the Design of Local Roads and Streets, Publication 70M. Publication 70M has been revised to be consistent with the recent update of the Department's Publication 13M, Design Manual, Part 2, "Highway Design" (August 2009 Edition) and to reflect implementation of Smart Transportation and Design Flexibility guidance.
