Deadline for the Submission of Questions on Emergency Projects

APC has recently received several inquiries regarding the deadlines for posting questions on standard and emergency projects. The following is a brief overview.

Standard Projects
The deadline for posting questions on standard projects is 11:00 a.m. on Monday of the bid week.

Emergency Projects
The deadline for posting questions on an emergency project is 19 hours before the project is let. For example if a emergency project is set to be let on a Tuesday, at 11:00 am then the last time a question can be posted is at 4:00 pm on Monday.
