PennDOT has announced that Ms. Rebecca Burns has been appointed to the position of Acting Director for the Bureau of Construction & Materials, effective October 31, 2009.

Ms. Burns has been with the Department for over twenty-eight years. She previously served as Senior Civil Engineer Manager for the Bureau of Design, and most recently for the Office of Chief Counsel.
