PennDOT Requests Comments on Clearance Transmittal Regarding Custody and Dispute Resolution for Bituminous Concrete Samples

Revisions are proposed in Clearance Transmittal C-09-028 to say that Moisture and Density samples must be retained in the custody of the representative at all t The retesting process I now renamed Dispute Resolution.
