PADEP Reissues NPDES Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities

Expired NPDES General Permit Reissued for Period Ending December 7, 2011 The Department of Environmental Protection has reissued the expired General Permit for a two year period. The reissued permit includes several clarifications to the language of the previous versions, and s increases the application fee for both new and renewal applications from $250 to $$500.
