PennDOT Alters NECEPT Expirations Dates
The state Department of Transportation issued an industry memorandum announcing changes for some NECEPT, PennDOT Aggregate, and PennDOT Concrete Certification expiration dates. PennDOT announced the change and extended the expiration dates to May 1st for those that were originally scheduled to expire between January 1 and April 30.
