Kulka Participates in FHWA Technology Rating Panel

ARTBA Contractors Division President John Kulka of HRI, Inc. January 26 served on a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) panel evaluating emerging highway construction technologies.  FHWA will be promoting these technologies as part of its "Every Day Counts" campaign to accelerate completion of construction projects.  U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood and FHWA Deputy Administrator Greg Nadeau met with Kulka and the other panelists over the course of the day.
