Description:
The proposed changes have been developed to provide standard, uniform direction in the timing and number of cores a contractor is allowed to take, and prohibits the contractor from taking cores after the acceptance cores have been taken. Comments the Department received after the Step 1 CT are attached.

Please respond to APC's Leonard Bellanca by Friday, February 26, 2010. Comments received by APC will be use to provide a unified response to the Department.
