PennDOT Clearance Transmittal C-10-004 (Step 1) requests comments on a proposed Standard Special Provision which covers all materials, equipment, construction, application and post-placement procedures for Rubberized Asphalt Seal Coat of existing paved surfaces.
Please send commentsres to APC's Leonard Bellanca. by March 10, 2010. Comments received by APC will be use to provide a unified response to the Department.
