PennDOT requests comments on Step 1 Clearance Transmittal
CT C-10-004 which discusses coordination of activities necessary to plan for movement of Extreme Superloads which require reinforcement of structures or moving overhead utilities.
Please send comments to APC's Leonard Bellanca by March 23, 2010. Comments received by APC will be use to provide a unified response to the Department.
