Winter 2010 Snow Emergency – Adverse Impact Determination
The Bureau of Construction and Materials has notified Districts through SOL 422-10-05 that consideration may be given for time extensions due to extreme weather this winter. Direct adverse impact from the winter storms must be demonstrated. A copy of the Strike Off Letter can be found below.
