District 11-0’s ECMS Submissions and Work Order Training

Course Information:
This training is for contractor’s field engineers or office staff who submit work order documentation, subcontractor requests, time extensions, DBE/MBE/WBE monthly reports and material source of supplies and certifications. ECMS screen shots will be used to show the steps on how to perform the needed submissions using ECMS once the project is in construction status.

This is a 1-day Training. The training will be held at the District 11-0’s Office in room 112. Time: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Available Dates: April 19, 22 and 23, 2010.
