PennDOT Requests Comments on on Proposed Changes To EEO Reporting Requirements
Publication 408 Section 107.30
CT-C-10-007 proposes to eliminate monthly submission of form EO-400, and to establish a requirement for its submittal on a “when requested” basis. Additional reporting requirements are established for projects with Trainees.
APC members should comment on the proposed changes to Bob Latham at APC by
April 29. Comments received by APC will be use to provide a unified response to the Department.
