PennDOT Issues Letters to FHWA Requesting Final Approval of Proposed Specification Changes
The following is a list of spec. changes, along with their Tracking Numbers, that were recently submitted by PennDOT to FHWA for final approval before incorporation in the specifications:
- Approval Letter and Section for "Section 1107 - Prestressed Concrete Bridge Beams" (Tracking Number D-10-029) (This specification change specifically prohibits the use of cardboard box beam void forms)
- Approval Letter and Section for "Section 525 - Concrete Pavement Spall Repair" (Tracking Number D-10-030)
- Approval Letters and Sections for Section 110, Section 410, and Appendix D (Tracking Number D-10-031) (Section 410 Superpave mixture design standard and rps construction of plant mixed hma fine graded courses)
- SSP for I-c10731-D "Item 9073-20__ (Item 9073-00__) - Disposal of Bridge Waste (Tracking Number D-10-032)
