PennDOT Names Hobaugh Chief of the DBE/Title VI Division

PennDOT has announced the appointment of Dustin Hobaugh as Chief of the DBE/Title VI Division in the Bureau of Equal Opportunity effective May 1, 2010.

Mr. Hobaugh has over 5 years experience with the Department of Transportation. He has served most recently as the Acting Chief of the DBE/Title VI Division. Prior to this acting assignment, he served as Compliance Specialist (Equal Opportunity Specialist 2) for the Bureau.
