DBE/MBE/WBE Goal Rounding
Effective with projects let after July 1, 2010, DBE/MBE/WBE goals must be met without benefit of rounding. Past practices of rounding to the nearest whole number has been determined to be inconsistent with other areas where DBE/MBE/WBE are established and is not defined in the DSP-7 or the DSP-4.
