Bulletin 15 Updated for Temporary Traffic Marking Paints
Based on input from the waterborne traffic marking paint manufacturers, PennDOT has revised the list of manufacturers/products that meets the “temporary conditions of a 2-week duration or less” and/or “temporary conditions between a 2-week duration and a 2-month duration” as discussed in the SOL# 420-10-01.
