PennDOT Issues Request for Comments on Proposed Specification for Contractor Performed Concrete Maturity Testing
PennDOT has issued Step 2 Clearance Transmittal C-08-020 seeking comments on proposed specifications for the use of concrete maturity meters for informational purposes to determine the strength of concrete under cure in Concrete Pavement Items and Accelerated Concrete Pavement Patching Items.
