APC Reviews and Comments on New Edition of Project Office Manual
APC was recently given an opportunity by PennDOT to review a new edition of its Publication 2, Project Office Manual (POM). Even though the POM is not part of construction contracts, it provides direction to PennDOT employees in procedures to follow for their administration of construction contracts. Therefore, APC asked a number of members to review a section or more of the POM to confirm that nothing was included that would be be unnecessarily adverse to the industry's interests. APC staff wishes express its appreciation to the following members for their efforts to complete this review in the short time permited for our response.
