PennDOT Requests Comments on Proposed Pub. 408 Change to Establish Material Acceptance Criteria Based on Pavement Skid Resistance Testing

Clearance Transmittal C-011-24 requests comments on a specification change to Pub. 408 which establishes new Sections 495 and 595. These newly established sections propose material acceptance criteria based on the results of skid resistance testing of bituminous pavement and concrete pavement.
