Revised Steel Escalation Clause

APC met with the Department today and reached an agreement to revise the recently implemented Steel Escalation Clause to permit Opt In or Opt Out by Steel item. This will permit greater flexibility and not force a decision based on steel item content. A Strike Off Letter is expected soon.
