PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOUR (PDH) CERTIFICATION

RETROACTIVE PDH REQUESTS
In accordance with the announced policy of the Pennsylvania Registration Board, APC will furnish PDH certificates to registered professionals who participated in any Risk Allocation Committee and Bridge Committee meeting after October 1, 2009 through January 2011.

  • All requests must be submitted via the online form (link below)
    Once a request is submitted, attendance will be verified and a certificate will be issued by April 8, 2011.

  • Certification requests MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5:00PM ON MARCH 4, 2011.

    After this date, NO requests will be accepted or processed.

REQUESTS FOR MEETINGS GOING FORWARD
Attendees of meetings on or after February 1, 2011, will receive e-mail notification of PDH request availability. The notification will contain a link to the request form as well as deadline information. Please, look for this in your inbox shortly after the meeting.

The Registration Board has final authority of course approval and PDH values that will be applied to activities.
