Educational Trust Fund
Purpose
To protect preserve and enhance the future of the highway contracting industry through public education and other promotional programs.
  -founded Dec. 1970
Contributions
The Fund receives income from participating APC members (on a voluntary basis) through assessments based on contracts awarded and duly executed with PENNDOT and the PA Turnpike. Since 1993, the assessment rate has been 1/10th of 1% with a maximum of $8,000 per member.

APC applauds the following firms that have generously made the maximum contribution of $8,000 to the association’s Educational Trust Fund (ETF) in 2006.
