With many unknown factors and restrictions facing us as Fall approaches and the health and safety of our attendees at the forefront of our concerns, APC, along with our partners at PennDOT and the PA Turnpike Commission have decided to hold the 2020 Fall Seminar virtually. This year’s event will not take place at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, but rather in the comfort of your office or home, and allow you the freedom to participate in every aspect of the event at your convenience. The Fall Seminar is traditionally held the week before Thanksgiving each year, and this will not change. The virtual event will take place throughout the week of November 16, with workshops taking place on November 17-20, 2020.

Although we recognize this will be a different experience than our traditional, in-person event, we’re excited about some of the opportunities that come with shifting to a virtual experience. Your APC staff, board members and partners have been working hard to create an experience that will deliver much of what you’ve grown to love about the annual Fall Seminar and a bit more. Such as:

  • Engaging speakers
  • A virtual exhibit hall experience
  • Opportunities to connect with exhibitors and other attendees
  • Interactions with PennDOT and Turnpike officials
  • The opportunity to earn up to 15 PDH credits
  • Brand exposure through sponsorships
  • The chance to win a larger-than-life prize (shhh, it’s a secret!)

Further details regarding registration, exhibit booths and sponsorships will be announced as they are finalized in September and communicated to APC members and exhibitors via email and posted to www.APCFallSeminar.com.
