APC has received notice of the final draft of the Force Account specification re-write. The draft has been sent to FHWA for approval – possibly for use in projects let as soon as August of this year. PennDOT intends to implement these changes in several parts – the changes specific to the Force Account Automation will be implemented last. APC will be discussing implementation concerns – e.g., WC insurance submissions mid-policy etc.
