The Risk Allocation Committee last met on April 30, 2019. PennDOT Chief of Construction & Materials Division Christine Reilly attended the meeting as well as PennDOT A.D.E.’s & other PennDOT staff. Meeting notes and the agenda will be posted on the APC website. We had good dialog and interaction between Department and Industry on many topics, some topics discussed were DBE commitment requirements, ECMS Force Accounts & Planless 2025 initiative by the Department. The other agenda items discussed can be viewed within the minutes which will be posted to the APC website.
