Proceeds Benefit the TPEF

Proceeds will benefit the Transportation Policy and Education Foundation (TPEF). The TPEF sponsors education and safety programs relating to Pennsylvania highways and transportation construction; funds outreach, education, and training of a diverse workforce to develop skills necessary to work in the transportation construction industry; and, provides funding for research relating to the condition of Pennsylvania’s transportation infrastructure and the need for improvement.

The Transportation Policy and Education Foundation (TPEF) is a 501(c)(3) organization whose activities benefit the general public and the transportation construction industry in Pennsylvania.

The fair market value for the evening is $78.

Community Connection and Enhancement Award

During the advocacy effort for Act 89, it was noted that citizens relate to safety, convenience and quality of life improvements in their community.

The Community Connection and Enhancement Awards seek to recognize projects that had a positive impact on quality of life in communities.

APC Diversity Award

APC’s Values Statement recognizes the value of diversity in our industry and APC’s Mission Statement includes facilitating the development of a diverse workforce and future industry leaders.

The APC Diversity Awards honor private and public sector organizations that are champions in advancing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion within their workforce, business processes and in the communities they serve.

Construction Partnering Award

APC has been working with PennDOT and the PA Turnpike Commission to create a partnering culture. 2018 will see the implementation of a new partnering specification that was collaboratively developed by industry and owner agencies.

The Partnering Awards recognize partnership teams that demonstrate a
high-level of achievement through their practice of the Partnering principles and processes related to the transportation industry.

Cancellation, Refund, & Substitution Policy All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made by 5:00pm on March 30, 2018. A refund of all fees, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 30, 2018. Submit all cancellation requests via email to jmulvihill@paconstructors.org  APC regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to jmulvihill@paconstructors.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
