In partnership with PennDOT and the PA Turnpike Commission, APC’s Future Leaders of Industry (FLI) was created in 2017 to foster growth of the next generation of leaders in the highway construction industry.

What started as an annual FLI Conference held in conjunction with APC’s Fall Seminar in Hershey has expanded to include regional events and a standing committee that examines ways to engage emerging leaders year-round. FLI events focus on career growth, building relationships and expanding networks.
