Goverment Affairs Committee

Develops recommendations and policy positions for the association on issues that advance the APC’s mission and values. Areas of focus include highway and transportation funding, design-build, P3 reform, work zone safety, prompt pay, and subcontractor reform. The committee also serves as the main “sounding board” for all legislative matters affecting the highway construction industry in PA and coordinates legislative advocacy opportunities with members of the General Assembly.
