Deputy Secretary George W. McAuley, Jr., P.E., is pleased to announce Brian Allen, P.E., has been appointed to the position of the District Executive for District 10-0, effective December 28, 2019. Brian’s career began with the Department of Transportation’s Engineering District 11, in a permanent capacity in 1992, and transitioned to Engineering District 10 and various engineering positions. Since 2006, Brian has served as the Assistant District Executive for Design, Assistant District Executive for Maintenance and briefly for Construction for Engineering District 10. Brian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
