APC and FLI Participate in Shapiro-Davis MLK Days of Service

Members of APC’s Future Leaders of Industry and APC staff joined now Governor Shapiro and Lt. Governor Davis in Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia for days of service over the weekend and on MLK Day, January 14-16.

In Harrisburg, APC staff joined volunteers who made no-sew blankets for the homeless and literacy kits for kids in the Harrisburg area. In Pittsburgh, volunteers assembled care packages and Golden Triangle’s Eric Klimas also assisted with traffic management at the event, as parking logistics proved to be a challenge. In Philadelphia, Road-Con’s Sean McKenna and Rachel McKenna assisted by cooking and packing goods for those in low-income housing at Vetri Community Partners.
