On Tuesday, House Transportation Chair Ed Neilson held a hearing in Pittsburgh on Emergency Contracting and Design Build Best Value procurement. APC was represented by Bryon Breese, Vice President, Trumbull Corporation. Mr. Breese told the committee that APC supports enabling legislation the association worked with the Department, PA Turnpike Commission, and ACEC to develop.
