In an effort to improve the timeliness and methods of communicating revisions to PennDOT’s COVID-19 guidance documents for restarting construction and design projects when updates to the Governor’s and the Secretary of Health’s guidance/orders or other relevant sources are issued, a workgroup comprised of Department and industry representatives was formed to develop the most effective way to communicate these changes to our business partners.
Effective August 25, 2020, the COVID-19 folder in the References tab of the PennDOT Project Collaboration Center (PPCC) Portal will be the Department’s means of communicating changes and providing the most current versions of the COVID-19 Guidance: Restarting Construction Projects documentation.
Effective August 25, 2020, the Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS) File Cabinet, located under References in the Menu Bar, will be the Department’s means of communicating changes and providing the most current versions of the COVID-19 Guidance for Continuation of Design Field Activities documentation.
