The Department has provided notice that as of June 29, 2021 the following items included in all Department highway/multimodal construction contracts, as specified in the COVID-19 Guidance: Restarting Construction Projects or Standard Special Provisions, will, absent further notice from the Department, no longer be required:

  • Supplemental COVID-19 Safety Plan Implementation
  • Guidelines for Occupying Facilities
  • Implementation of Fabrication, Materials, Testing and Labor Compliance Guidance
  • COVID-19 Safety Plan Sign
