APC would like to encourage the members of the Association to sign up for the Winter School Programs as they provide important information to the member field employees to help and assist them in the coming construction year. This program can especially aid in understanding new changes that may affect construction. Below is a list of the Winter School dates for all the Districts. To register, go to the PennDOT training calendar (search for Winter School).  Questions can be directed to Aaron Hoover (ahoover@paconstructors.org) at the APC office.

Districts 2 & 6 are not yet on the training calendar, however the dates for those Districts are as follows:

  • District 2 – January 16 & 17
    District 6 – February 16 & 17
