Today, Gov. Tom Wolf unveiled his administration’s strategy as the Commonwealth moves through the COVID-19 crisis and begins to focus on recovery. We cannot confirm exactly what this means for restarting more Pennsylvania highway projects. However, we are hopeful that more projects will soon receive restart notifications. The governor’s plan does mention investment in highways and public transit.
