PennDOT Acting Secretary Yassmin Gramian, Deputy Executive Secretary George McAuley, and Deputy Secretary Melissa Batula spent nearly 90 minutes fielding questions from some 375 industry members this week on an APC Webinar. The Secretary thanked the industry for its partnership as we face the COVID-19 challenges together. In addition, she strongly urged contractors to reach out to Congressional Members and urge the passage of relief for state DOT’s and a robust passage of the FAST Act for future project funding.
APC again reminds contractors of the need to comply with wearing of masks, social distancing, and all other COVID-related protection measures. It is crucial that our industry continues to show leadership in worker safety.
