The Commission has added a Trucking Management Plan special provision to all contracts coming for bid to reinforce the need to protect their Open Road Tolling (ORT) gantries, structures and customers. Since ORT went live on January 5, 2025, the Commission believes it is in the best interest to have these trucking management plans in place for ALL existing projects under construction from here forward.
