Vaccine Requirements for Covered Federal Government Contractors under EO 14042 and OSHA’s Expected Emergency Temporary Standard

On Friday, September 24, 2021, the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force issued new guidance on COVID-19 vaccination requirements and other workplace safety protocols for covered federal government contractors. This session will discuss contractor coverage under EO 14042 and the requirements for covered contractors. We will also discuss the OSHA ETS and what all employers with 100 or more employees should do to prepare for the expected requirement that employees are either vaccinated or tested weekly.
